Hmm...No response from my end. But that just happened today. I tried accessing it from a couple of different servers but it seems down at the moment.

They are down at this moment. By the way, I've reached their email my domain will expire after 30 days. Not so good - 30 days is not enough if you are on vacation i.e. Godaddy sends before 90 days. In my case, I know when it expires, but if you have many domains...

yup yup... not really a good sign... thinking about moving my domains... don't need some risky business going on...

Can anyone from namecheap comment on whats going on and when will it be accessible?

Posted by B33R, 02-15-2006, 06:41 AM
Richard is the owner of Namecheap. He goes by the name "enetwork". He's offline for now though... One period of downtime isn't a good reason not to use Namecheap. Everything else about them is great. (prices, free WhoisGuard, speed, etc.) They have far fewer problems than most of their competition. In fact, this is the first problem I've ever had with them. I'm not ditching them- its just that one of the domains that I have registered through them requires DNS modification for a client and you know how clients are! -Abbas

Sorry, that part of my post wasn't aimed at you. If it's urgent, try PM'ing Richard (enetwork) or search through his posts for his email address to find out what's going on...

Hello All, We are aware of this issue and are working to correct it asap. This is only affecting our homepage and none of your domains registered with us whatsoever. We should have it back up soon. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
