I can not access to yahoo.com and to my site alisiza.com in my country (Slovenia) at the moment.

Is your ISP provider multihomed? But if you can reach webhostingtalk, you should not have any problem reaching yahoo.
Try contacting your ISP, and make sure your firewalls are not blocking yahoo servers.
