QuickPacket "managed" server problem

I have a "managed" server with QuickPacket, but the server has been down for several hours already today (it was down several times the last 2 days). I've submitted several support tickets to QuickPacket to reboot the server, but nobody has answered. For all of you having servers with QuickPacket, have you had any problems today? Have you tried to contact QuickPacket today? Did they respond? Peter
