******* Compelte Outtage?

Hey all. I went over the list of forums to try and find a proper forum (and to make sure this wasnt in violation of any rules) so please forgive this post if it's not proper. I'm a ******* customer and around 1:40 PM today my services stop responding, no one is answering tech support and they arent returning messages. Their main site seems down as well. Anyone else a ******* custom experiencing problems, or is this just isolated to me? Thanks!

Have you tried contacting them via their phone number on their website?

hmm.. what's the address? since you're a noob, you'll need to type like "site dot com" it might just be you, but it might be them. at any cost, i'm sorry to hear about the fact that your site is down and that you haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. good luck! z

Hooba... Zach... Haha dont let the new member label speak to my experience I've been in the game for quite some time. I wouldnt have posted unless i exhausted all other options Just got an email from them (irony) after an hour and 20 minute downtime, apparently some switch died and took their network with it. All seems well now.

Hey, This was unfortunately a problem of a switch on my (Swift Communications) network. the Supervisor card on one of my 6509's took a dive. Its ironic b/c we got that switch to deal with the large number of ddos attacks on that part of the network. We have since then swapped out the bad card, and also are putting in a redundant card. The reason wow was unreachable was likely due to the network being down (VOIP). ******* has excellent support, and in this case it was just unfortunate luck that the switch on my network which is connected to them failed.
