They always claim that.
I was in the process of moving away from them , so hopefully wont cause an issue here as most of my DNS has already propagated.

It was a 20 minute outage that affected their entire FMT-1 Facility at 6:00AM PDT. They had a UPS system break trip, and it was restored at 6:20AM PDT.
I hope they resolve this issue, as I have been with them for a long time now, and it was been a lot of problems with this UPS power issue for a year.
Seems a lot of HE.net servers are in this facility.
They are working on replacing the current UPS system with a better system.

After power was restored, a couple of my TunnelBroker tunnels with them were rendered inaccessible as well
