Interserver Outage

Does anyone have anything at all on this?
I assume some network problem there, as we can't even access: interserver.net (to even raise a ticket).
Anyone?

I just gave up on the telephone: 5 mins from theUK, no change in position in the telephone queue!
So let's consider the options: can't phone them, can't access their site to raise a ticket. Hmm.
To be frank, from the support we've had from them so far this shouldn't come as a surprise.
Here is the current Alerta data (on interserver.net):

More easily said than done.... I'm kinda hoping someone has been able to get in touch with them, and can shed some light.
We have to make a decision here: we can't just sit and hope. At some point we have to start bailing sites out to other hosts.... hence the need for an ETA. The ETA is critical, as it is to any business that depends on its hosting.
Can someone call them locally? It's still chocked up from here.
