Anyone other having problems? My server doesn't answer, then it answers again for short period and then again no answer

after an hour still getting 83% packet loss and cannot log in, no answers to outage tickets.. This is not good at all.

The server is now working, basically the reason was some kind of DOS attack on switch or something "We monitoring some abnormal networking traffic that affected the switch this server is attached to. Our security team was notified and have taken steps to resolve this."

My 2 tp servers are going really slow. (btw whats a good place to test packet loss?)
