1and1 server problems

Problems with a shared server at oneandone - as usual, their support is abysmal. I don't really think the support staff at 1and1 even know what a website is by how they talk, let alone how to deal with problems. Simply script monkeys - "Apologies for the inconvenience, your website will be up soon" little else. A communications wall. Not my choice of hosts, but as I'm managing a client on 1and1, very frustrating to have to deal with them.

I agree...! been trying to help a client move for some time and 1and1 support has been terrible in the last few days ive been trying to get some answers!
