Are your sites still up?
I needed to go to the knowledge base, but their main site's gone!
But my site is still active... just wondering if westnic has disappeared and if I should be finding a new host.

Hi gamblorrr,
Most hosting providers experience some downtime occasionally; its usually quicker and more reliable to contact the provider and request information from them as they would be aware of any downtime on specific servers or services they provide.

We had IP routing issue.
Our clients were not affected.

No the issue is lousey support. I hosted with them for over a year, but they have a bad atitude, and act like I am really stupid. And their response is slower than it should be. And virtually no knowledge base.

I was right when I said that you will be looking for host again and again. How many hours have you been with Hostgator? How many minutes with Accuhost? Just get over it and settle down..
