Yup they are in LA.
Pants! Any ideas as to why a power outage took out generators/backups etc? Must be something weird.

I think the truth about who has generators and who does not is becoming apparent - albeit painfully. Hope this gets resolved soon.

I called them by phone, got put on hold before I could speak... and waited and waited, on international rates from the UK! After 5 minutes I gave up.
Not at all impressed by that!
UPDATE: Now it just rings out. Could someone more local have a go? The number is: 877-578-4000
