Hi,
Both tektonic.net and unixshell.com Atlanta location is down due to a DDoS. We are working on this with our network provider to isolate and minimize it.

Submit a ticket... one of the staff will look into it for you.
As far as the traceroute, it's all in the same location... the different routes is odd. I'm betting that is due to the dynamic BGP routing our upstream uses.
(our web server upgrade is completed btw)
