hyperspin is down?

Well, this is not exactly a host, but a monitoring service. When I'm trying to access my stats, the only thing it shows is:

Anyone experienced this with hyperspin recently? It all started yesterday (March 6th) afternoon.

They are one of the services that we use and we also get the mySQL error. Been using them for a while now and this is the 1st time there is an issue, so I am sure they will solve it soon.
I just sent them an e-mail about it.

Well, I sent the email yesterday. None answered so far...
Just let's hope they're not gone for lenghter period of time.
