hometown is down

one of the servers of hometown hosting & affordable host: callisto is down now more than 3 hours.
they don't reply helptickets.

Downtime will happen at some point in time. I am sure they are probably working on the issue. Most will put in a support ticket or call letting them know their website is down. I am sure they are aware of the problem.
Anyway hope it all comes back online for you.

Hometown hosting replies and participates here and seem reliable so they are probably working very hard to fix the problem. Their website is still up. Sometimes they can't do much with your help ticket , they are probably focused on bringing the server back up.

The server was down for about an hour and 45 minutes and it was an issue with RAID, which became corrupted. Our admin corrected this and got everyone back online as soon as humanly possible, with no data loss.
This is the very first time, in over 7 years and over 100 servers, that we've seen this particular problem.
All Hometown customers were offered 1 free month, for their frustration.
