Ghoulnet down?

From about 10.30 GMT Tuesday 1st March.
All my sites are on there - all down.
Ghoulnet's own site - down.
Their ansaphone support (which usually gets no response to it anyway ) - not even taking messages.
This is the final nail in their coffin as far as I am concerned.
Anyone have any news?

There are a few posts regarding different ISP's being down at the moment. They appear related.
At about 10:10am a power outage!? in rebus has caused a problem with routing equipment which supplies some ISP's. They are working on it but have given no fix time at the moment.
