Had problems with one of our servers, and get this response from DedNOW support: It seems that one of the servers on the switch your server is on is launching an outbound denial of service attack, which is resulting in the packet loss. Our network administrator is currently determining which server is launching the attacks. I apologize for the inconvenience.
