mongo hosting

has anyone successfully contacted mongo hosting? i want to transfer my domain b/c they are the worst (no response to ANY of my emails). obviously the transfer cannot occur w/o getting in touch w/ someone there. i've lodged a complaint w/ icann.org, but also know that they cannot do a thing to remedy this. clueless as to what to do next...
