Sadly as of 7:38AM EST Voxrox/Voxel is down: 7 ge-2-1-0.ar4.ATL1.gblx.net (207.218.80.217) 1.191 ms 1.255 ms 1.148 ms 8 so2-1-0-2488M.ar1.DCA3.gblx.net (67.17.67.57) 16.898 ms so7-1-0-2488M.ar1.DCA3.gblx.net (67.17.74.1 45) 16.716 ms * 9 gblx.ge-0-1-1.cr1.iad1.us.nlayer.net (69.31.31.201) 47.286 ms 29.053 ms 21.450 ms 10 0.ge-0-3-0.cr1.nyc1.us.nlayer.net (69.31.95.161) 55.575 ms 55.877 ms 55.277 ms 11 * * * No answer at their emergency phone #, all websites (voxrox.com, voxel.net, status.voxel.net) are down. Email goes to a server which is also unreachable, so 911@voxrox.com would be useless. Waiting to hear any more details

We monitor our web server from 5 locations worldwide, none can reach voxel/voxrox. Yes, it's pretty difficult to know if Voxel/Voxrox are attending this issue or not, isn't it. Left message on answering machine. Not happy. Richard SWiSHzone.com

kuro5hin.org (hosted by Voxel) has gone as well but DNS is still up Rus

212-812-4193 Number is reachable, however the support option goes to a voicemail box it says for most immediate support go to ubersmith -- ubersmith.voxel.net is also hosted behind the network thats down and the Operator option just repeats the prompts

well... i left burst in the hope that this would not happen @ vox but it seems it does. when this is over i really want to see some action taken so that it will not happen again... we can't evan contact them to gen an update... ubershith is down, messanger down, phone not working, ...

well... let's hope it is true anyways ... there will always be problems... what matters the most is the way they are handled and the steps that are taken so the same problem will not happen again (or as much i have ping now

Yep, I even got a callback for the phone message I left when the outage started, so I felt much better about the Vox guys after that (even if it was 3:15am here in Sydney). I would like to some way to contact them when they are not yet in the office and the 911@ address won't work, and maybe a status page off their own network which say's "we know about, and we are working to fix the issue" Cheers Richard
