Anyone know what's happening to u-hs.com (mysql)?

Some of its hosted sites got hit by Santy Worm (php exploit, they've upgraded now though), I guess this screwed up mysql on the entire host. MySQL has been down for more than a week now, I don't know exactly what they're doing right now, haven't received any reply from support service. It's affecting their main site, new orders can't be taken b/c of connection errors.

This may be a result of upgrading their kernal as I have heard of some people losing mysql after upgrading...
