This issue was caused by a DDoS affecting some of our customers, it has now been resolved. A full RFO will be available in your control panel account within the next half hour.

Sometime back, one of the HDD went bad, they replaced in minimum time and it was up and running again.
Is your's still down?
Have you contacted ukservers' support?
Have you checked using different networks?
See if it is only you http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com
