Network: IRDC1 (Redbus Interhouse) Date: 21st November 2004 Downtime: 21:35 - 23:50 CEST (+1 UTC/GMT) Reason: Power Failure to Routing Equipment Outage Length: 2 Hours 15 Minutes + Resolution: Replacement Power Feed and Supply Notes: - Outage reported at 21:35 - Network Technicians were on site at 22:00 - Diagnosis and Plan compiled by 22:30 - Repaired by 23:50 May I apologise for the outage on behalf of everyone at iRacks and thank you for your continued support. seems like youve been having more and more frequent outages. including right now. friday january 7th, 8:15pm e.s.t whats going on?

Thats what I was thinking. Only last month I recommended two people iRacks, I just hope they never went with them now....

There was an unscheduled outage between 1:14AM CEST and 2:46AM CEST. Due to the outage last week (around 16 hours) and the outage this week (around 1.5 hours), we shall be adding credit to all accounts despite us providing no SLA on network uptime. We are currently working on our SLA and once we have a "go" from our techs that they feel the new network is running stable enough; it shall be released to clients.
