Anyone with problems getting to your ev1 servers?

Posted by sprintserve, 01-05-2005, 10:25 AM
I have problems routing o a server of our client. We can't even get a route to the IP. So I suspect it's a router issue on their end. 13 * 245 ms 249 ms ge-0.ev1.hstntx01.us.bb.verio.net [129.250.10.66] 14 ivhou-207-218-245-113.ev1.net [207.218.245.113] reports: Destination host unreachable. Anyone having the same issue?

That's not the IP I was tracing. That's their gateway. Of course it's up. Else their whole DC would probably be down .

btw, it's still down and has been for a couple of hours at least and could be more just that we didn't discover it.

Have you tried contacting them? And if so what did they say?

They didn't reply to the ticket yet.

Ok. They replied that it's a problem with the server, and it's unbootable and we must order a restore. It's a brand new server that's haven't even been utilise yet.
