level3, NWN and AT&T congestions?

Hi there, anyone here knows whether something is happening between these providers and if there any "clouds" on south region of US? I am in Curacao and we are expiriencing packet loss for last 6 days which goes back and forth and i've been told that the issue is somwhere beteen them. Cheers.

Josh, i can see nothing with trace - but my mrtg goes average 8% loss from few POPs. There is something on carrier level as i have been told. Cheers.

http://www.internethealthreport.com/ Major junctions seem pretty healthy at least as far as latency is concerned.
