communityarchitect - ROUTING problems

Last week they admittedly restored a old DNS server and my email url (everyone.net) was unavable for a full day... The past 24hours, they appear to have more routing problems but now my main IP/SITE is not routing properly... For those that don't know... community architect allows you to host FREE subdomain websites for FREE but they countrol your subdomain routing... Tech support is there but I have to wait for 3hours until an ADMIN comes in... p.s. Just wantted to add that their main site makes no mention of last weeks outage and i never got an email with information on what happened?? I've been with them for a VERY long time and these are the first instances but this is serious.
