JaguarPC Down

First problems noticed 11:30pm EST (-5 GMT). Checked again 1:09am and third party confirmed via CentralOps.net. Currently 1:33am All websites on the network seem to be down. I have 5 accounts each on a different server and none will respond. In addition, Jaguar's home page (jaguarpc.com), nocdirect.com and dedicatedspace.com are all out.

Sites seem to be back now. 4:29am EST (-5 GMT). Would like to know what caused a 5 hour gap, though.
