can you confirm support.burst.net is down too

it's back up now, but it go up and down since 15 minuts

Burst went down for only few seconds. For me it is just 300 seconds.

I think it is this maintenance which was mentioned on BurstNET forum - but it was shedlued to 7AM to 10AM and now this is 6:16 AM.... Hope it is this schedlued maintenance, I don't want to have more problems

Packets seem to be lost in transit for our servers at 66.197.* range.

Yes, it was this maintenance. Traffic to Philadelphia was much lighter than usual. The maintenance is completed.

BurstNET is in PA, which is EST - It was 7:16 AM here when you posted that it was 6:16AM
