Whether or not Savvis' web site is up, of course, is not a good indicator of backbone uptime or performance. My clients' BGP sessions to Savvis all have many weeks of uptime, and we have noticed no network performance issues in recent memory.

Well, all of our servers in the Savvis Fort Worth/Dallas DC have experienced 100% uptime.

I have a server at LayeredTech on Savvis.
The Savvis connections to UUNET and QWEST
were down for 1 hour between 12 noon and 1 pm EST
