Dinix Issues?

Is anybody else here having problems this morning?
I can't raise a help ticket. For me their support panel gives:
Warning: Unknown(): write failed: No space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0
The phone number was a message service when I called.
I'm kinda stuck here now.

Still struggling to get a response here. Phone still a message service, ticket page still failing and access to message board flakey.
Could a few others try the following page:
https://www.dinix.com/myaccount/
Are there error messages at the bottom?
I've been struggling to several hours now so it's starting to hurt.

Same problem for with any page that writes session files. Have you tried emailing their emergency paging system: emergency[@]dinix.com - I hope it works out for you

Thank goodness for that... I thought I was going mad. It means of course that their support system has been offline for hours.
Someone here has emailed all the usual support addresses but no response. Ditto phone messages. Thanks for the emergency email, which we didn't know about.
This is most unlike them, and to be honest, very worrying.
