On Sunday, October 31st, 2004 Net Access Corporation will be performing service affecting network maintenance in Parsippany, NJ (node code: OCT). The maintenance window will commence at 2:30am EST. During this maintenance window we will be performing CatOS upgrades on switch9.oct, switch10.oct, and switch11.oct. This maintenance will affect dedicated Ethernet customers connected to the following switches in "COLO-A": switch9.oct.nac.net switch10.oct.nac.net switch11.oct.nac.net switch[1-8].ds.oct.nac.net We expect less than 15 minutes of downtime. Customers in our enterprise "COLO-B" will not be affected by this maintenance window. Net Access Corporation sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause you. We appreciate your cooperation while we upgrade our network for present and future capacity and resiliency.

Monday, November 1st, 2004 Net Access Corporation will be performing emergency service affecting network maintenance in Parsippany, NJ (node code: OCT). The maintenance window will commence at 2:00am EST. Following our Parsippany switch maintenance yesterday, we discovered a faulty Supervisor engine in switch9.oct.nac.net. We have received a replacement Supervisor engine from Cisco a few moments ago. During tonight's emergency maintenance window we will be replacing the Supervisor in switch9.oct.nac.net. This maintenance will affect dedicated ethernet customers connected to located in our "COLO-A" facility. We expect less than 20 minutes of downtime. Customers in our enterprise "COLO-B" will not be affected by this maintenance window. Net Access Corporation sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause you. We appreciate your cooperation while we upgrade our network for present and future capacity and resiliency.
