Our services there are not reachable, nor their website!
Ping doesn't go through, Trace goes to time out at the middle.

They might have been, checked in about 10 minutes ago and page didn't load, but just tried now, and it is working fine.

they 'said' something, on their forum, that should have been resolved 3 hours earlier than I checked
