They are upgrading their network, ETA 30 minutes.

the problem is with IRC segment only. The traffic is going to be re-routed through back up provider shortly.
Explanantion for the downtime will be posted on our forums

guess i didnt know my machine was on irc segment

All FDC VPS servers are on IRC network I think?
