i have hade many problems whit dailyhosting. net new server it was online offline all time now i have moved my site but do not now i can last paymetn back from dailyhosting i don´t think that new server 1 is that good but i hope all new coustemers don´t get same problem whit it

dailyhosting.net site is not working that well at this time support is down then i do not now anything

As i have already explained, the server is leased from dedicatednow.com, they have been working on it, and subsequently caused no end of problems. Latest one is that the OS has been changed but the files on the backup drive is now gone. I have requested support from them on numerous occasions and will pursue legal action if the worst case scenario of all files being lost. I am doing my best to rectify these problems, just wish i had stayed with dinix.com, they were brilliant. Chris

Hello, This is Chris from Dailyhosting.net. The situation with mikaelweb is this. He wanted a refund fair enough and we operate on a 28 day policy meaning you will receive your refnd back within 28 days, normally instantly. I cancelled his account but forgot to cancel the subscription at 2checkout.com, next thing he mailed me as he got a reminder that hs account is due to be charged. I cancelled the subscription straight away and refunded the previous charge, therefore i dont steal money and have no intention of doing so, where would that get me, only in court Ive apologised profusely to this client, but he send me email callling me liar all the time and said i will still charge his card. This is not true. Just my version of this situation. Chris
