Leaseweb routing issues ?

I haven't been able to access anything at Leaseweb/NL (or Leaseweb.com) for about 30 minutes.
ISP = Charter.
Can anybody else confirm?
isup.me says it's up, but that tool doesn't help much for troubleshooting.
I can see http://leasewebnoc.com/status.php
but nothing is listed (yet?)

I'm seeing a couple of blips from here KP, on different routes, but no outage as such. Certainly nothing power related, and nothing network wide.
Can you post a tracert? I'll pop a ticket in with your and my results
EDIT: It's beginning to look like big packet loss on Telia in Amsterdam.

Yep, I think you called it.
I got through just now, after about an hour of it being gone. It's still bogging down at Telia much slower than normal. This has happened a number of times recently (with Telia), though this one is the 2nd longest so far. Most were 20-30 minutes. One was several hours of intermittent packet loss.

Yeah, it was choking on hop 9/10 of mine, but clear again now...
I'll drop a ticket in anyway, if only for info.
