Media Temple Servers Down? (+Spry?)

For at least an hour. Although their site is up, ours are not, and response from support yet. One of those day: Our server at Spry also seems to be down, and Affdordable host seems to be under a DDOS attack again. Beam me out of here! Seriously, does anyone have any further info on the MT or Spry issues?

Spry is back... but absolutely nothing from MT's support. That's disappointing all things considered.

I guess I've learned something about MT today. It's disappointing, because I thought their support would be top notch when needed. It most certainly isn't. - 6 hours down so far today. - 3 phone calls to leave messages. - 2 tickets raised. NO response at all from MT by any route. Their site is up, but no information on there at all about this. It looks like most or all of their customer servers are down. I'm not impressed therefore, let alone by their 24/7 support claims. I hoped and expected for better. Disappointed.
