If you're on the cPanel server, the issue is now resolved. If you are having isolated issues, please create a ticket at www.startwebhost.com. Thanks, Neofree

What kind of weird site?

it had the h-sphere logo and had a login box to some control panel a section for some typr of scripts. I'm not really sure what it said other then your account was created and gave some odd numerical name where it could be accessed teporarly until the DNS had moved.
