What's problem with server of handinhandcomputing

I've already client of handinhandcomputing ( 3 months ). Today (23/10/2004), i don't know why i can't connect to my host and my site not available. Why so ? anyone know why and have a problem like me ? Thanks for your help !!!

Most probably have the server down for some reason or another. Servers go down ocassionally but most definitely not frequently... Give them a few hours to sort out the problem and get back online.
If it's already a day (24 hours) or more, then I would start worrying and looking for a new host. But if it's only a few hours then, give them more time.
Also, try giving them an email or something just in case. They might be able to tell you more. If there's no reply or something, then try calling them. Other than that, I have no idea what else to say but to just WAIT.

i 2 have the same issue. my website is also down. i tried pulling up handinhandcomputing.com and is also down. No way of contacting the host. have you emailed the host? i don't have the email address.
cheap hosting = poor quality in this case?

i can not send mail to us, i'm also sent to handinhandcomputing@hotmail.com but not reply, what can i do ??? buy a new host ???

handinhandcomuting's servers are back up as of 6:30pm CST. The servers went down at 4:30am CST, about a 14 hour outage. Not as bad as you are trying to make it out to be. I've been with them for 4 months now and this is the first outage.
By the way BACKUP YOUR DATA FREQUENTLY if it's too important to lose.
