SEMOWEB Alpha Reseller Down For 7 Hours

helo
i have a service with semoweb and today i noticed the site is loading too slow
then i submitted a ticket
they said would have a check on this and told me to be patient
after a quite long ticket response then they told me that there has been a hardware failure which they notice after doing some FSCK
but now i cant contact them via client area because their main site also down
looking for an answer from semo

Hi!
Yes the server you were on required an FSCK, this can be at times a slow process, if you have any issues you know that you can reach us 24X7 877-706-SEMO (7366)

It seems untill now the server hasn't stable yet

It should have been stable long ago, just open a ticket, our corporate site is back online.
