Anyone else having trouble reaching Servint? I'm getting full packet loss and nothing is coming up.

Anyone know if Servint has a status page hosted off site anywhere? I don't know of one, and their forum is also down. I doubt this requires a phone call to support...

They are having network problems. I sent in a ticket 1/2 hour ago and was told they were working on it. Since then the packet loss has gotten progressively worse, and now I can't reach them at all:

Just called the NOC and the phones were ringing off the hook. (poor guys.)
It is indeed a network outage that is not related to the scheduled maintenance on Saturday.

ServInt's senior engineers are definitely on the case. I do not have many details yet, but the situation is being dealt with as quickly as humanly possible. I will update you all as soon as I have access to more information.
