Burst.net down?

I have a server with Burst.net and although their web site is online, my server is offline. I have emailed both support@burst.net and reboots@burst.net THREE times over the past EIGHT hours and I have not received any reply, not even an automated response. Is anyone else having this issue? I am very unsure what to do right now.

I gave their support a call and the helpful representative sorted the problem.
