bigbirdweb/host furious troubles

Hello I would like to share my experience with this host as unfortunately I have not been happy with them. I run a small business and decided to move my services from the previous host to the host in question as I required more storage. Within a few weeks of moving I started to have issues with my email, some were not being sent others received in users spam, something that was not an issue for the last 2 years. This took several days to be rectified but some providers such as Outlook still marked my e-mail as spam and after some digging this was due to the host having issues with people using them as spam. On top of this I noticed that a couple of times my website/email was down and found myself having to contact them more than once, they replied promptly but unfortunately for a business domain this costs me money as I have new customers daily. I noticed recently that my host had been going down more than I thought, I therefore setup a website uptime monitor (which I had to pay for) to keep an eye on this for me and over 7 days I had around a 90% uptime. This is not acceptable. They were very apologetic but after 4 months of being with them, I don't remember a full month of having perfect services therefore I asked them to cancel my service and refund part of my payment as I'd paid for the year (although they should probably refund in full). I sent a request a couple of days ago and awaiting a refund at this stage, I hope I am not made to wait for this at this stage as I have been very patient over the last 4 months but I thought I should share my experience as I decided to join them after finding them on this forum.

How much you are paying for a year? Make sure to check their refund policy on this though.

Which plan did you have with them?

It was around £10 for the year after using a 50% off code from here, not a lot I know but it was a minimal package as I just have a redirect to our facebook page and then it's pretty much just storage for 1 e-mail account. I couldn't see a return policy, they advised I would get a partial refund but haven't heard back as of yet
