EffectOnline down?

Hey, I used to have an account with Utopia Hosting but they were bought out by EffectOnline. Haven't had too many problems up until now but at 8.30pm (GMT) on Friday my site went down (a ping times out) and hence my email etc. Have tried emailing support but to no avail. I see Daniel's (the owner) last posting was about February - does anyone know what happened to him? I'm hoping EffectOnline wasn't just abandoned and left to rot. If they're fixing it then fair enough but 48 hours is getting a little long now with no communication. Any ideas? Thanks, Russ

As an update: We're back in business. Still don't know what the problem was though.
