Tomsyer server offline

I have a server with Tomsyer and since last night my server stoped working and I can't contact anybody from suport. If I'm not wrong they have their server on theplanet, but don't quote me on that. Does is just me having problems with them ? They are a fine company with great prices but their suport isn't helping them neither me. Please, if anybody from tomsyer is around, take a look at my TT RQS-87485. Regards, Lukas

Call LayeredTech, of course they will tell you what they told me "DON'T CALL LAYEREDTECH. TOMSYER IS YOUR PROVIDER. DON'T GIVE THEM A BAD TIME" Of couse if they ignore you, you have to do something, right?

I'm still without knowing anything about what's hapening, but my server now is back online. What make me angry is that, hell, they have my e-mail, what's the problem to send me a e-mail saiyng "we are during a ddos atack right now, but we are working to fix things up ..." or something like this.

Lukas: Normally I do not post publicly in regards to an issue but in this case I feel I should. 8/20 - 10:43PM - You Posted a Support ticket with no information other than server is down, no name, ip or anything in that respect. 8/20 - 11:44PM - We replied to your trouble ticket (Not A Reboot Ticket) asking who you were and what was your IP 8/21 - 6:52AM - You Replied to the ticket with your IP This shows we directly replied to your trouble ticket. In your welcome email it does also provide you links and information on how to reboot your said server which would send a ticket to the NOC instantly to have the server rebooted rather than waiting on a request to be fowarded by us. Please review your welcome email as it has alot of useful informaiton and contact information to prevent this in the future. Also in the future be sure to put information in your trouble ticket so we can be sure to know who you are. Thank You

Francisco, Your Issue was different, you were calling LT every 5 minutes. Your server was also offline due to a Policy Enforcment Email we received from ThePlanet. We must enforce our AUP/TOS especially when it comes to spam. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact us directly. Thank You

Hi tomsyer: I will copy and past the content to create a new TT from tomsyer.net: Please, take a closer look in the bold itens, this itens was proper filled when I first opened a TT. Anyway, right now It's pointless to talk about this because my server is online again. Regards, Lukas

Called two times, at 2:30PM and then at 5:45PM again due to non response/update for trouble ticket. If you can proof the contrary do it.
