My sites are down, the emails are bouncing. Does anyone know what happened to hybridnetworks and if i can retreive the data i had on there?

Try phoning them .
Might be an international call (assuming your a fellow Aussie )
Most hosts will have a page that is hosted in another datacentre so if something like this happens you can contact them

I got a message that sounded like someone's personal phone number. No mention of hybrid network...

It's a shame all hosting providers dont get SMS or Pager notification or some means of monitoring.
