Looks like its dying at theplanet, not sultahost. Looks like their upstream provider, not them.
Maybe, waiting for tracert to complete.

Did you just recently install an SSL cert? Post the contents of your htaccess file, looks like you have something amiss there with the content of your site, your site loads, just errors.

compz.biz is erroring, the site itself. What is located in your account that is causing your site to error? Why dont you restatte the problem clearly.

i dont know, but for some reason the home page stoped working, but compz.biz/webmail works!

More than likely webmail works on a port as a shared application, so webmail would work if there is an error in your public_html/htdocs.
Look around your account, you have something amiss there, check your htacess, what is in it?
