anyone else taking packet loss at TP

I am on the 68.18.85 subnet .perhaps only a specific subnet is having a problem, or my machine

theplanet has often gone and come back for 15 minutes.
all of their subnets had that problem.. i have some servers on different subnets from them. and my servers and theplanet's website had down 2-3 times recently..

All is working for me now. I only had problems for 5 mins or so.

For ThePlanet folks, how has TP dealt with the down time from their 100% SLA network uptime stance?
Has anyone pushed them on this?
