I did a traceroute and got an error. Do you have an IP for them?

I probably got the same error as monster did. "Unable to resolve target thrillhost.com"

no i dont have the IP, but the site is
www.thrillhost.com and they host some of my sites....

I did a traceroute on the IP and made it to the datacenter.
that is presumming it is thrillhost.com

The server that hosts thrillhost.com as well as some client sites is down. The NOC is currently working the issue. You can get updates at our help site, www.thrillsupport.com as they become available. Thanks

Just an update, the affected server was back online as of 3:18 PM CT. All clients on that server will be contacted regarding the issue experienced today. All other servers were online and functioning correctly during this event.
My apologies in the delay updating this but as I am sure you can understand, the afternoon has been quite busy.

It's good to see you guys are back online though. Downtime is always a bummer - it's a part of hosting though.
