I haven't been able to access the vbulletin site for days. Is it fine for everyone else?

It might just be your computer, try this from the command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns Then try it again, if that doesn’t work then try: ipconfig /renew Then try it again...

Ipconfig won't work as it conections through a network. The server can't access vbulletin and neither any of the workstations.

As far as I know ipconfig should work regardless so your connection/network on Windows XP. But I'm not a network admin. I'd check with whoever is providing you with access to see what’s going on.

I'm the admin. The workstations are set with static IPs.

Ok, then I suggest you open a ticket with your provider.

vbulletin.com has been getting DDoS attacked for several days now, and some IP address are blocked from the site. In order to get unblocked, please send your vBulletin customer number and your current IP address to support@vbulletin.com Somebody will give you access in less than half an hour. Sorry for the inconvience.

What if we don't know our customer number? We have a valid license as you can see in your customer listings you have there.
