I've seen one other outage almost 2 months ago which lasted 30 minutes.

The traceroutes I am seeing looks like the BGP4 announcements aren't happening which is the same issue as last time.

Not sure what's up either but I can load managed.com, just very slowly. Seems to be a BGP issue. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon

My pings are coming back now finally. Everything seems okay. Right at 37 minutes down time.
