Feedback about ReliableServers Support

I am thinking about migrating to ReliableServers. I am not a technical guy, so I need tech support from the host to manage and secure server, and also manage the migration from my existing server (CPanel to CPanel).
Primary thing of importance to me is technical support in case of any issue and regular installation of server software eg. MYSQL, PHP, Apache etc. (I can manage my own sites) and keep things up without any issue.
So seeking feedback from ReliableServers customers on how good/bad their technical support is and what is the turnaround time in case of any emergencies?

If you can't get any feedback from their customers here, try searching for like "ReliableServers review" or something similar here on WHT as you will find plenty of reviews and feedback of clients. Google too will probably yield the same results from other sources.
