Dedicated servers and Cloud based vps

Hi everyone, I currently have 4 dedicated servers I would like to move into hosting games for other people besides the games i already host personally and with friends.On my newest dedicated server I have
Dedicated server MC-64
CPU: Intel Core
i7-6700K
4c/8t 4.0 GHz/4.2 GHz
RAM: 64 GB DDR4 2133 MHz
Disks: 2x 480 GB SSD
IP with no monthly fees* 256 IPs (excluding setup fees)
Public network card: 1x 1 Gbps
running windows 2012 r2 standard 64 edition.
my other servers are running win8r2 here is what I am experiencing right now. I personally run a life is feudal gaming server and 2 websites on one of my boxes and of course have root access to all of them. 2 of my friends are running rust, arma and ark servers on my personal box and one of the other ones they also have root access because i know zero about admin-ing those three games or what it takes to keep them up to date. I have another friend that would like space for another life is feudal and a website which i have plenty of space and power to provide but because of the need to access maria db for the game I dont want to admin a second server or give him the root access he would need to do his own updates. I was thinking about adding a public or private cloud space for my newest dedicated box and was wondering if that would be the way to go with renting out some space to help me pay for all my services. or can I somehow set up extra remote access that isnt going to kick me off the server everytime one of them logs in to fix up their games. While im not new to hardware and software I am new to game hosting and would like some insight into vps cloud based systems so I can offer unmanaged or semi managed games websites and other services.
