Suggestions for Video Intense Social Media App?

Hello,
First of all please excuse my low IT knowledge when it comes to hosting requirement. Therefore, I am trying to explain our needs and seek your support to guide to the best techno-commercial proposal.
We are starting a new social media App that will be very intense with video and images. As per our business plan, we will be targeting 1,000,000 users of Apps mainly from Middle East which is the App dedicated for over a period of one year. We expect quick ramp up to 200,000 users within a couple of months then size will increase to 1M users ultimately over a period of one year. Therefore, we will need to start our infrastructure and hosting capability requirement for 250,000 users and then we can have upgrades as the number of users increases. We need to get hosting proposals $/month for the below requirements and options. It will help us refine our business case and decide how much storage capacity we can offer for Free. Also, we are looking for solutions in case our customers like to have additional capacity and then we can have a process to charge on monthly basis while keeping their videos on our website.
Below is our assumptions for the App startup case
Case: 250,000 users
Active Daily Users during Weekdays (40%) = 100,000 users
Active Daily Users during Weekends (60%) = 150,000 users
Users contributing to making content during Weekdays (10%) = 12,500 users
Users contributing to making content during Weekends (30%) = 75,000 users
Average daily content length uploaded by user = 5 min, equivalent to 75 MB
Total daily content size Upload during weekdays = 1 TB
Total daily content size Upload during weekends = 5.6 TB
Needed Storage to Maintain 1 Month Storage = 16 TB (Option #1)
Needed Storage to Maintain 3 Month Storage = 48 TB (Option #2)
Needed Storage to Maintain 6 Month Storage = 96 TB (Option #3)
Needed Storage to Maintain 12 Month Storage = 191 TB (Option #4)
Average Daily Video View Duration by a user = 30 min, equivalent to 450 MB
Average daily Video View size during Weekdays = 45 TB
Average daily Video View size during Weekends = 67.5 TB
